We have two options for this year:
1. Waste it in worry
2. Make the most out of it.
This year kicks off a fresh decade. It starts with us deciding how we want the year to go. There will be wins and losses but this year will come in pieces-minutes, days, hours. Each of these moments brings a new opportunity to start over.
I keep the quote "It's never too late to start the day over" posted all around me.
Be wise in your decisions and take aim. Don't be stressed- stressed comes from unpreparedness, which a tool of the devil and can be avoided by knowing adversity will come. Plan on it, and pray up for it.
Set goals for yourself.
Claim responsibility for your your life. " for each one should carry their own load. "- Galatians 6:5
There are 3 types of people you can be. Accusers, excusers or choosers. Be a chooser and choose to believe you can change. You can do anything through Christ who gives you strength. (Philippians 4:13) Act like it. Clarify what you want out of this next year and decade. What is important to you?
Make a prayer and praise list.
Improve all the important relationships in your life. (Your relationship with God is the most important)
Don't waste time waiting. Perfect timing is not a thing. Enjoy life no matter what happens-it's a gift.
