How Much More?

This week, Matthew 6:25-34 is a passage I have really been thinking on. The message in this passage is to not worry, but to consider all our God provides. He dresses even the lilies. He feeds even the sparrows. He clothes the grass, that is going to be harvested and thrown into the fire the next day. So, why do we worry about what He has in store for us?
Worry happens because of unknown.
What does He have in store for us?
Ephesians 3:20 says "Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us"(AMP).
He has more than we could ask, think, or imagine in store for us.
If His ways are "superabundantly" better than our ways, then why fret?
If He cares about the grass, the flowers, and the birds, why would He not care for you?
If He provides for all the Earth, what makes you any different?
You were created in the image of God. Imagine how much more He has in store. So much more. Imagine how much more you are loved, cared for, provided a way for, and then multiply that by the biggest number you can think of because Ephesians says it is even more than what we imagine. " Infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams. "
Even the grass that is here today, and gone tomorrow is clothed. He has a lifetime of good work prepared for you.
How. much. more.
It is an impressive thought to think on; think on it and let your love for the Lord grow.
I hope that brings peace to your heart and a smile to your face like it does me.
Our God is providing always more.
He is enough. Lean into the truth that He is providing everything you need and there is nothing too big or too small going on in your life that God has not already made a way for.
What a caring, beautiful, Father He is.
